ASSUMPTIONS TO CONFIRM: 48-hour damage window, 14-day unopened return window, customer pays return shipping on change-of-mind, COD refunds by bank transfer / wallet.

Damaged or wrong item If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Change of mind Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, with the seal intact, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refund method Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet.

How to start a return Use the contact page or reply to your order email with your order number and the reason. We respond within 1 business day.
